Meet The Global Ayurooms Ambassador Community

Arnaud Hos Devanand
Based in Madrid, I am a Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic therapist, and Naturopath. My own life-changing recovery from illness led me to discover the true depth of holistic healing and shaped the path I walk today. By bringing together the “sister sciences” of Yoga and Ayurveda, I support individuals in achieving sustainable well-being through deeper self-awareness and conscious living. My work is rooted in guiding others toward balance—both physically and spiritually. As an Ayurooms Ambassador, I facilitate transformative journeys into the heart of Ayurveda and Yoga retreats in India. For me, this is not just about wellness—it is about offering a genuine path to alignment, helping seekers reconnect with the ancestral wisdom that makes true healing possible.

Teresa Ranieri
Born in Italy and having lived and worked across different countries for over 40 years, Teresa brings a deeply rooted, multicultural perspective to wellbeing. Now based in Portugal, she works at the intersection of mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing. With over 35 years of contemplative practice and professional training in evidence-based approaches such as MBSR, MBCT, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and TRE®, she supports individuals in restoring balance, resilience, and clarity in their lives. Her connection with Ayurveda began in 1985 and has remained a guiding thread throughout her journey. Through repeated Panchakarma experiences, she has developed a profound trust in Ayurveda as a powerful system for deep restoration and long-term health. Her association with Ayurooms is grounded in personal experience and a genuine respect for authentic, integrative healing approaches. She is here to guide and support individuals in discovering and integrating Ayurveda into their lives—whether they are just beginning or already on their wellness path.

Rute Queiroz
I am a yoga teacher and somatic practitioner specializing in body-based approaches to nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and integrative wellbeing. My work blends yoga, meditation, and therapeutic modalities — including water-based bodywork — within a refined, trauma-informed approach that supports deep restoration, emotional balance, and embodied awareness. I work with individuals who are seeking more than surface-level wellness, offering personalized and carefully guided experiences that foster resilience, inner clarity, and sustainable transformation. I also curate and lead immersive retreats, creating calm, supportive environments where guests can slow down, reset, and reconnect — both physically and emotionally.

Alison Anandi Francis
With over 30 years of experience in sleep, nervous system regulation, and embodied wellbeing practices, my work is devoted to helping people restore stability, rest, and resilience in their lives. I work closely with high-performing leaders and professionals whose sleep, energy, and clarity have become unreliable — supporting them in moving from chronic stress and exhaustion toward deeper balance and sustainable wellbeing. I am the creator of Sleepology by Anandi® and the author of *Breathe Better, Sleep Better* and *Teaching Breathwork*. My approach combines breathwork, nervous system support, and embodied practices to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and create healthier patterns for sleep, recovery, and emotional wellbeing. I believe that true healing begins when the body feels safe enough to rest, regulate, and restore itself naturally. With Ayurooms, I look forward to guiding guests through practices that support deep rest, inner calm, and nervous system balance — creating space to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellbeing in a more grounded and meaningful way.

Rahel Kima
With over 30 years of experience in women’s health, healing, and transformational bodywork, Rahel Kima’s work is devoted to guiding women through personal growth, emotional healing, and self-discovery. She is a doula and doula teacher, yoga and Qigong instructor, massage therapist, Life Alignment Practitioner, drummer, dancer, storyteller, and facilitator of women’s retreats in Israel. Her personal journey into childbirth and women’s healing began through her own experiences of pregnancy and birth, inspiring a lifelong exploration into the wisdom of the body, emotional resilience, movement, and holistic healing practices. Over the years, she has studied with renowned mentors in yoga, bodywork, movement, women’s physiology, breathwork, dance, and somatic healing. Rahel’s approach combines compassion, intuition, and deep presence — creating safe and nurturing spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, soften self-judgment, and cultivate greater trust, balance, and inner strength. Through retreats, movement practices, emotional support, and healing work, she continues to help women experience deeper connection, transformation, and wellbeing in both body and mind.
